“We are so happy we chose LG Kramer Flooring for our large project in our Bridal shop. They helped us to fully remodel 2 bathrooms, hallway by the bathrooms, and install new carpet tiles in all 13 fitting rooms, and all stations for each fitting room, as well as instal beautiful marble tiles on entry walls that totally helped bring our Vision to life! They helped us choose new look, colors and designs from many beautiful choices in their showroom! Being very busy bridal boutique we couldn’t close our business for to long as we didn’t want to inconvenience our brides. LG Kramer Flooring understood and worked with our schedule proposal, and had their installers work longer after hours, so the project will be done on time. “We had a great experience with LG Kramer Flooring from start to finish. We went into their showroom and brought home samples. Decided not to go with samples after bringing them home and picked out exactly what we were looking for. Justin and Becky Peteroti did a fine job helping us out. We got good quote and no extras were added since we had level floors. They even came by on last day and surprised us with floor cleaner. The two guys laying our hardwood were also fabulous. I can't say enough great things about how our floors turned out. They even ripped out the carpet and carpet tacks as part of their quote. Loving our new floors!!!”

“I have been working on a project with Karissa that is yet to be completed. She has been a great help in getting me to the right flooring. She went through all the showroom samples, showed me new additions in the warehouse, and ordered product they didn't have in stock sent to my house. Instead of a 5x7 inch block that are other companies' samples, I received three full 4 foot planks to place on my floor. The one showroom item I checked out was also big: short planks in a 3 foot square bracket which gave me much better visualization than a small block. I had been scouring the Web for flooring knowledge, but the information is scattered, not focused on important parts, and contradictory. Also there is little on what must be done to prepare my floor for installation of different materials. Karissa patiently went through the careful procedures that LGKramer installers will follow in getting my floor put down and ensuring no problems later on. I had considered buying flooring in a big box store and taking my chances, but this is much better.”

“Great experience! The team at LG Kramer is top notch. We worked closely with Karissa at the showroom to determine what flooring best fit our needs. There we decided on a high quality durable engineered hardwood that would beautifully suit our home. Next she came to our home, took exact measurements, gave us a final quote, and promptly got us on the schedule. Within no time she had a professional team there removing our existing outdated hardwood floors and preparing for the installers to come. The following week Ray and Bernie began the installation. These guys are true professionals! They clearly communicated issues they encountered with our subfloor, how they would remedy them, and the timeline to expect each room to be finished.
