“Buying and installing new carpet is always a stressful situation. So many choices. So many different prices. Quality of the install? Jeff at Floorz/Strongsville made buying the carpet stress free. No high pressure. Extremely helpful. Answered all our questions and offered great advice on the different types of carpeting and how we should proceed with our project. Great follow-up after we purchased the carpet. Offered great advice on the placement of the seam. Something I would have never thought much about. Quality of the install? Dan certainly removed that worry! He arrived on time, very professional, and did an outstanding job. Seeing that he was by himself (no helper), he had to work twice as hard.
