“I cannot recommend them highly enough. I ordered carpet for my hallway and three bedrooms, I forget what the carpet is called but it’s something like “Scottish Merino” or something, it’s a pale ivory and extremely soft & pillow like. I’m IN LOVE with it. I love supporting small businesses that aren’t Home Depot or Lowe’s and it honestly paid off tremendously for me. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with Home Depot and flooring. I should’ve gone to these guys to begin with. Floorz, like every home improvement place, hires outside contractors to do the carpet/floors. A middle aged married couple came to do mine. I think they were Puerto Rican. I really enjoyed talking with the wife and felt like we bonded over our mutual love for wrestling, among so many other things. They were such interesting people! The husband & wife team were as skilled and professional as they come and you could tell they really loved & respected one another & worked together to get the job done perfectly. I am so grateful for my beautiful carpet! I know that when I’m ready to do the remainder of the house, I will use them again.”

“The original flooring we ordered was delayed indefinitely on a ship somewhere in the Pacific due to the supply chain issue. Since we are building, we were up against time constraints and had to choose something in stock as we couldn’t take another delay. With Floorz expert help, extensive choices and inventory, we easily found a plank flooring we actually liked more than the original.
