“We had a wonderful experience with Floorz! We worked with Liana on our project which was replacing all of the floors on our main floor. We went with an engineered hardwood and Liana was so patient with us while we were deciding on the different stains. Her knowledge helped us pick the perfect floor for us. The time from when we chose our stain to installation was quick and the communication in between was fantastic. Alberto and his team did the installation and they were amazing! He listened to our questions and communicated every step of the way. The finished product looks amazing, all of our friends and family were so impressed! We are already discussing future projects with Floorz again!”

“After our 13-year old, 90-lb. dog passed away, and sufficiently destroyed our builder-grade hardwood floors, we decided it was time to replace the first floor flooring. The hardwood was too thin and soft to re-sand, so we decided to use COREtec LVP, which we installed in our basement a few years ago. We also made the bold decision to completely change the color from a dark espresso brown, to a light "oak." Vanessa at the store was a delight, very relatable, always responded immediately with any questions. Chuck came out to measure, Dale visited to assess the process once we decided to move forward, and it was then that I decided to replace all the baseboards with a tall profile with no shoe molding. Next up were Daryl and James who attacked the demo and install with vigor! They finished our 1,200 sq. ft. project in 2.5 days. They never stopped; no breaks, no food, nothing - they were a well-oiled machine. During these pandemic times when so many people are experiencing material delays and labor shortages, we had nothing but a wonderful, on-time experience thanks to the entire Floorz team.”

The support team was also excellent from quote proposal, production walk through, delivery through the installation.
