“Flooring RVA replaced the old carpeting upstairs with vinyl planking. My scheduling requirements were a bit tricky with months between phases, but they have a fantastic internal communication and tracking system to keep on top of everything over that long stretch. The most challenging part of the job was refinishing the stairs; the stain had to come close to matching the vinyl upstairs and the slightly different hardwood downstairs to make a smooth visual transition. The first attempt didn't go well, but that was as much my fault as anyone's when we didn't color test thoroughly enough before comitting. Flooring RVA stands by their work, though, and came back to re-finish the stairs at their own expense. The finished product is fantastic and it would be tough to think of a better example of professional integrity.”

“I posted the below post 5 years ago and it was a glowing review. I’m now posting in 2023 and saying Flooring RVA is still an excellent company! Very reliable and trustworthy! We ordered carpet and ended up having a lot of mold issues we had to clear up and Flooring RVA held our carpets for us until we were ready AND they came and ripped out the old carpet when I requested. Robert the owner has been more than accommodating and Jonathan the installer is great and more than anything the installer Kory Fox was so professional and so efficient it was seamless!! I would definitely recommend Flooring RVA!! Even Matt, Mathew and Gary in the showroom where a great help helping me pick the carpet out! Thank you!! Flooring RVA is Amazing. Robert the owner is incredibly intelligent in flooring and was super easy and accommodating. His staff is amazing as Johnathan was the one that helped me select the right carpet and came and measured our space. He made the process super easy and efficient. He was extremely customer focused and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. The installation process was very clean and efficient. All in all this process of purchasing a carpet and installation was seamless, convenient, and easy. I highly highly recommend this company for anyone that is in the market for any type of flooring.”

“5 years ago, Flooring RVA installed carpet in my old home. When we needed new carpet in our new home in one of our rooms due to a minor flooding, I didn't hesitate to reach out to Robert Fletcher again. They were amazing again and still get 5 stars from me! He came out and did the estimate and since we are hosting family for Christmas, Robert made sure it was installed before the holidays! The process was smooth and it looks amazing!
