“Great sales experience. Tons of choices (tile, laminate, carpet etc.). Sales representative was very knowledgeable and accessible. I would give 5 stars but measurements were delayed a week and getting on the installation schedule took 4 weeks with me having to call numerous times. Their installation contractors were professional and did an amazing job. Overall a great experience!!”

“Matt, the "FRVA Salesperson" who spent time with me going over the quantity, quality and colors of various flooring options did a wonderful job at getting me exactly what I was looking for. Tarek, who delivered the carpets was on time, courteous and personable. He answered varoius questions I asked pertaining to the design aesthetic of the room I'm working on and gave insight on how to best position the carpets for the finished look I want to achieve.”

“I went in to get a color match for an existing floor threshold. Gary and store manager Jonathan were friendly and extremely helpful in assisting and answering my questions. Within 5 days, I went in to pick up a freshly stained wooden piece of baby threshold with a perfect color match. Would absolutely return for my future home renovation items.”
