“From the time I called to ask a few questions to the complete installation was absolutely amazing. The staff was very pleasant and made the process, start to finish, so easy and smooth. I just bought a house, where I ended up doing a few renovations before I moved in, including replacing the carpet in the master bedroom. I called around to a few places that just didn’t sit right with me and I didn’t feel like I was going to get what I was expecting. However, when I called Flooring RVA, Matt Turner went above and beyond for me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. He told me from the beginning they were a few weeks out for installation, but he was able to get my carpet down in less than two weeks. I came in and I told him exactly what I was looking for and he hit it right on the nail. I absolutely love my carpet and how it turned out. I highly recommend Flooring RVA! “Every thing about this project was right on the money. Matt was a great salesperson and answered all my questions throughout the process. The warehouse people and the owner were fantastic. Then to top it off, they sent this incredible crew. This was originally planned as a 3-5 day job. These guys worked nonstop from 8 am to a little after 6 and completed it in one day. I wish I knew the name of the subvcontractor so I could shout out the praise they deserve, Thanks for a rare experience with excellent customer service.”

“The good - I am happy with the new flooring, definitely a good pick. The installers, Brad and Brad, did a great job installing the floors, explaining where there was some settling, but that did not stop the installation. They were here before the start time and kept the areas as clean as possible. I recommend them because they were professional, knowledgeable and experienced installers. The bad - Installation project was not efficiently organized from the point of Sales to the time of installation, though Gary was very attentive and even provided his personal cellphone. I bought the floors on 8/26 and they were delivered on 9/16, thinking the installation would be the next week, yet the flooring was completely installed on 10/6. I had to follow up on several occasions to confirm the installation date, since I did not receive a call after the flooring was delivered. Also a dump was not ordered, something that was not explained or added during the Sales process, which I would have preferred since a couple of garbage bins were left on my front porch overnight with some of the old flooring (not the fault of installers). I give it a 5 stars because the floor looks great, but recommend following up with the Sales and Project teams to understand their process.”
