They were competitively priced, extremely organized and professional, and the job was completed quickly and beautifully. We had a minor concern about the appearance of some of the quarter-round installation and our representative, Brad, had it taken care of instantly and stayed onsite to make sure the fix was done to our satisfaction. “I have nothing but praise for this company. I had hired someone else to redo our kitchen floors right before thanksgiving and he turned out to be a flake. I immediately called Flooring Factory (10am Friday before thanksgiving) knowing it would be a long shot. Not only did they have someone come out at 2pm that same Friday but they were there Monday and Tuesday (the WEEK of thanksgiving and I was hosting) installing my new floors. They were very professional and quick and knowledgable. And when we needed them to come back out to fix a few things, it was no trouble. From the receptionist to the floor installers, they are all so helpful and nice and I won’t be going ANYWHERE else for future flooring needs.”

“Wow!!!! All I can say is we LOVE our floors! We chose the Palmetto Road collection Tuscany Fondi as we wanted lighter colored, natural looking, somewhat coastal but not trendy, love forever floors. We didn’t want something we would get tired of in a few years. Livia and her team installed them to perfection! They were extremely knowledgeable and I trusted them because they also installed my parents floors and did an amazing job! They really worked with us to get the installation right because I wanted only long boards used and did not want to use any boards that were too dark or different from the rest. With real wood you never know exactly how they are going to turn out but we could not be happier with them and the installation! Finding the right installer that will work with you on the right installation method makes all the difference! We would pick them again and again! We would highly recommend Livia and The Flooring Factory Team for any of your flooring needs!”
