“I found out about the flooring factory through a residential group on Facebook. We had just bought a house, the carpet needed to be replaced before moving in. I had carpet installed on 2/12, 2 weeks after I got the quote. I worked with Wander who was phenomenal!! The original quote we were given was too high but he was able to get us within our budget with a carpet that looked just as good. He was always professional and very respectful! To add - the original contractors who were scheduled to install our carpet were out sick, we thought it would delay us moving in but flooring factory was able to accommodate us by finding another qualified contractor who did a great job, came out on a early Saturday morning!
