“We did a renovation to enclose our screened porch to make more heated space. We went with flooring factory for the new flooring throughout both the new and existing space to make it one cohesive look, as well as a new island and countertop. They did a fantastic job! What I appreciated most about Livia and her crew was that they were extremely responsive and available throughout the project. Communication was fantastic from start to finish. (So important during a renovation!) From the front desk employees (Emily is wonderful!) to the installers, we were very pleased! One of the panels on the front drawers of the Island was delivered damaged. Not only did they replace it in a timely manner, they were completely on top of it keeping me posted on the time frame. Not once did I have to follow-up trying to get this resolved. Great experience working with them! Highly recommend!”

Brad managed our many projects start to finish. Emily helped gather all relevant info required by our HOA to approve the condo backsplash. Best for last, Daniel(tile master) is the GOAT!! “We had carpet replaced in an upstairs bedroom, hallway and stairs. The installers were friendly and efficient. They did a great job. And the carpet looks awesome. Someone came the next day to check and make sure everything looked good. The office staff was great with emails, reminders, scheduling and any questions I had.
