“Outstanding professionals, great work. Highly recommended”

“Flooring Factory was the last store we checked for flooring to replace a family room and kitchen floor. That is only because we didn't know about them. I wish they had been my first stop. The designers( Wander and Richard) are amazing. After a lengthy discussion we gathered a few samples to take home and made an appointment for one of the designers to come for a free in home consultation. Wander came out for the consultation and spent quite some time looking at the space, measuring the rooms etc. With Wander's and Richard's help we were able to choose the correct product for the space and we finally chose a backsplash for the kitchen. Our installation took three days because the crew had to deal with very poorly and incorrectly laid flooring. The floors had to be leveled ( seven bags of leveling agent)which took the most time. Johnny, and his crew did an amazing job on the floors. Daniel was the tile installer and I was totally blown away by his expertise at installation. The grout lines are so clean and the caulk line was the purist most straight line I have seen! The staff knows their products, and the prep work required for installation. The crew works well together and they are very hard working group that pays attention to detail during the process and also during cleanup. We are extremely pleased with the entire process and relationship with Flooring Factory. If there is any more updating to do we will use Flooring Factory.”

“I had my entire house redone with wood floors. I also had a new shower installed. Wander was our representative and he was on site everyday to check on the progress of the project. August led the floor install and was wonderful. The shower turned out beautifully and he even added a tiled shelf area for toiletries. I give then a 5 star rating.”
