“The Flooring Factory team has transformed our home. We had our existing hardwoods refinished, new hardwood installed up the stairs and in the 2nd floor hall. Two bathrooms gutted and redone, kitchen backsplash and island installed, kitchen cabinets refinished, and fireplace refaced. The quality of work is exquisite. Every tile is perfect and the bathrooms are Pintrist worthy! Everyone from the team in the office to the team at our house were amazing to work with. The level of communication and professionalism from the entire team was incredible. We knew every step of the way what was happening next.
