“BIG shout out to Billy Dunklow and installer Shane for an OUTSTANDING JOB !!! From the first time walking into the Ocala store we were impressed with the professional and product knowledge that we received. We had visited other flooring locations and not once did we get the information that was given on our visit. It took several visits to pick out our flooring and after a few welcome suggestions, by Billy, did we arrive at a decision. Billy displayed great customer service, which you don't fine, in our purchase,order and install. On his recommendation we had Shane and crew do the install. Again TRUE professionals. As a tradesman myself I can appreciate the job that they did. From carpet removal and tile tear out and install they worked as a TEAM . “My wife and I went to the Ocala store and were greeted by Gonzalo Walker. He showed us a waterproof vinyl plank which we shopped at other outlets. What he showed us was superior to what we had found. The description was Hazel/Great Expectations and we needed about 1,000 square feet. He found it and kept us informed about the delivery and about the number one Installer he had us to use. Gonzalo is very knowledgeable and was easy to work with. C & L”

“I had found the flooring that I wanted from another store, but it was backordered indefinitely. When I walked into FFO I almost immediately found what I was looking for. The price was right and It looks great in my kitchen. When I asked about installation, they referred me to a AME Flooring. They did a GREAT job in a very timely manner at a terrific price. I am very pleased with how the flooring looks and that I was able to get it done so quickly. I would definitely recommend both FFO and AME. I will be putting the baseboards in myself which is why it isn't finished around the door and wall.”
