Scotty directed me to the exact flooring I needed, advised me on getting a little extra - just in case - and then was patient for my guy to pick it up...assuring it would be there ready to load. It was! He is professional, funny, and super personable. I will be coming back for some bathroom tile in the near future. Gonzalo was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable in the types of flooring and assisting us in the selection for our home. The inventory is vast with so many to choose from, the pricing is excellent. The installer, Jon did a terrific job completing in two days. He removed carpeting in living room, bedrooms, closets and flooring in bathrooms. He also hauled the carpet away. After the install we were refunded for the unused boxes. Would return and highly recommend the Ocala location. Thank you for a fine job, we love the new floors”

“My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Billy Dunklow, the Warehouse manager of the Ocala store. We were looking for carpeting and this man was excellent. He first explained the various types and styles of carpeting available and then he allowed us to browse around the store yet was near to answer any of our questions. There was no pressure only a very helpful attitude. He even was sure to give us a small piece of the carpeting to be sure it went well in our room. Upon our return, Billy was just as helpful, polite, and knowledgeable.
