“We had a lot of rolling with just 3 years of having the carpet. I called factory flooring and they let me know it was all covered with the lifetime warranty and I was able to schedule for someone to come stretch it within a week. There was also some tack strip’s or staples on the stairs that would poke our feet that they were able to take car or as well. The service was great and the carpet looks brand new!”

“We have had a great experience working with Factory Flooring Direct! They came to measure our complex and angular Mid Century Modern home built in 1965. They were very patient with the 3 hour process and brought the samples we had selected. We found the perfect floor for our major remodel and are now in possession of 1000 sq ft of beautiful floor and Al the transitions. When our contractor has walls removed and is. Floor prepped they will come back to do the installation. We were grateful we could purchase ahead and pay for the flooring and installation at current prices. They are so helpful and extremely competitive price wise while using their own installers as opposed to contract installation. We highly recommend FFD!!”
