We live out of town and could not meet to look at swatches so Chris gave us several options we could view at local stores and we settled on a choice quickly. “Where do I start. 15+ years ago, we had Creaive Floors install a engineered wood floor in our home. Job was done perfectly, price was acceptable, nothing more could be asked, Approximately 5 years ago, a water leak required us to replace those floors. Following instructions/suggestions/pricing advantages, we went with our insurance companys recommended certified supplier & installer. Less than 3-6 months, the LVP floor installation started cupping, tongue & grove snapping, splinters everywhere. The ceertified contractor literally got out of doing anything to assist, we took legal actions and after 3-4 years, settlement made. Immediately, we contacted Creative Flooring, their sales staff was awesome, helpful, knowledgeable and priced competively. As in the past, their installation teams are the gem of this company. On time, went the extra mile, installed as promised & on time, nothing else can be said. We learned our lesson, ONE contractor is no comparison to the BEST, Creative Flooring is the best.”
