“From start to finish, my experience with Creative Carpet&Flooring was excellent. My salesperson, Steve Williams, was knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, and answered my questions.The proposal and ordering was done in a timely manner. I received calls related to delivery and installation when they were promised. The delivery personnel were professional and arrived 10 minutes before their window (called first). I cannot say enough about the installation crew! My floors were professionally installed and they even fixed problems from previous installations that they could have ignored. Everything was cleaned up beautifully. They were polite, considerate, and worked every minute. I have had many companies do work in my home. This company stands at the top of the list for service and quality of product.”

“Creative Carpet & Flooring is a wonderful company to work with. A few years ago we bought carpeting from them. When it was time to get a vinyl plank floor throughout the first floor, we didn't hesitate to call them. They ripped out carpeting in the family room and living room and removed an old laminate floor from the kitchen and hallway. They had to build up the floor in the old carpeted areas with plywood. All in all it was truly a wonderful experience, at a fair price. The installers were quick, courteous and did a terrific job including a complete clean up. Before the installation, we had many questions that Mark Bouquet was able to answer. His knowledge and demeanor made it even easier to choose Creative Carpet & Flooring.”
