They have a great selection of products including Shaw and Mohawk and had carpet for every budget. Installers showed up on time and were very professional. The installations happened very quickly, even this last one which was right before the busy Thanksgiving season. “When we decided to redo our kitchen one of my biggest concerns was our flooring, we have two big dogs and wanted something very durable. I stopped in at a few different flooring stores but felt the most comfortable when stopping in at Creative. Steve was very helpful, informative and patient with all of my questions and concerns. I love the look of hardwood floors but was concerned of scratching with our dogs. I also like tile but it can be cold and hard. Steve introduced me to the Karndean Luxury Vinyl Planking, I was sold. We ended up choosing the glue down floor. The folks at Creative seemed very patient with us when we had to push back our installation a couple of times. When time came for installation their guys were great! Edgar & ? were very polite and we were pleasantly surprised when they were in and out in two days. We are very happy with our flooring and so far the family and friends who have seen it like it too!”

“From the moment that we entered the Creative Carpet show room we new that we had arrived at the right place. We were initially allowed to view for ourselves the wide variety of beautiful carpeting that was available. Then when we had narrowed down our choices assistance was immediately available and Brian Berson quickly helped us to arrive at our final choice of carpeting for our masterbedroom. Having made that decision it was only a short time later that month when the carpet was efficiently installed. We are very happy with our choice of carpet, the installation and the follow up by Brian. Next time we need quality car petting we plan to go back there Creative Carpet and to Brian Berson.”

“I have to tell you what a great experience I have had. Last year you opened a store in Highland, IN. I thought I would give you a try in one room knowing that i would be back to get the entire house done if all went well. My first experience was great so this year I called Steve and said I'm back and ordered for the rest of the house. 3 bedrooms and an office. we did hardwood and carpeting. The problem is I only had a 2 day window to get it done. Steve and Randy worked with me to make it happen. I have a 94 year old dementia patient and only had a short time to get it done since she was being cared for elsewhere a specific week. We are beyond happy with the results. Great price, great service. I would recommend Creative Carpet to everyone in Northwest IN.”

“I have never had wood flooring installed. The homes I purchased had wood floors already in place, therefore very new experience for my husband and I. We ended up getting 3 quotes. We chose Creative Carpets as a result of their customer service and follow up. They were priced, when comparing apples to apples, competitively. Whether calling the store in Mokena or stopping in Brian and all other associates were happy to serve as well as professional. Responsive when leaving a message or emailing too! My only surprise, which is not a big deal for me but could be for others, is as the customer you are responsible for disposing the carpet/flooring being torn up. Additionally all the scraps and materials not used. We had 5 large garbage bags and multiple rolls of carpet from 2 bedrooms. It can be heavy if you are a senior or not able to do heavy lifting. Be sure to consider Creative should you be considering new flooring. They have been in Mokena a long time and family owned. Says something about an organization when there is longevity of services.”
