Our salesman Cody, was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs and concerns, as we have pets and helped us pick the right carpet for our home. Not only did Cody do an outstanding job working with us but the installers from Creative were friendly, knowledgeable, careful when moving the furniture, and went out of their way to accommodate some issues we had while laying the carpet. There are numerous words I could use to describe our experience but I’ll just stick to AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME, ok so it’s three words. If anyone is looking for good quality, knowledgeable staff, and excellent workmanship Creative Carpet is the place. This is our 4th time using them and have never been disappointed. I stopped by the Creative Carpet location to discuss flooring options that would be most suitable for our lifestyle and durable enough to withstand our three dogs. Steve was very informative about the different flooring products and explained which products would wear best with pets. I was pleasantly surprised with the affordable price. Install was scheduled on a day that was convenient for me. The crew arrived, on time, and worked meticulously to install flooring throughout 7 rooms in our home. Simply because the staff was very warm and they took the time to guide you in the right direction. My sales representative was Dana ********* and she was excellent. We purchase flooring she was also a great designer she has an eye for color she was able to look at my furniture and pick the best flooring. I am happy that I waited to purchase flooring because I would have miss an opportunity to work with an superior designer and to also get the best products around. you must visit this store they are the best.
