“Thank Goodness I went to Creative after a negative experience with a big box store carpeting estimate; the third trip to explore samples I was given a "BTW delivery is $99." Followed by a call the next day from corporate telling me it was my responsibility to disconnect gas range and plumbing to the frig. WHAT??!! I am 83 and a widow, living in a new neighborhood!
