“I can NOT say enough about Creative Flooring and Carpets! From the first phone call with Steve, to the estimate and measuring, to the ordering, to the dropping off of the materials, and installation, we received A+++++++ service! Before finding them I was to have my floors done by Empire, twice they were out to do the work and twice I sent them away!first time they can w out they told me I have to have a Asbestos test done on some old tile before they'd do the work. Why wasn't I told this before it was scheduled at the time of the estimate??? My answer ...they were clueless! After all that Steve from Creative took one look at the old tile and said he could have told us it wasn't asbestos by looking at it and it wouldnt have cost us an additional $250! That's the short version, the 2nd time they came to do the job AFTER the expensive tile lab test, they came unprepared without all the materials needed to complete the full job, but definitely wanted to get paid before they started even though we knew they couldn't even finish the job (until who knows when)! Needless to say, I said IM DONE, you will NOT get my business and told them to leave. Never again will I call Empire and I will ALWAYS call Creative Flooring and Carpets!!!”

He took the time to give us several options to transform our entryway and living room into a functional and beautiful addition to our home. We were so excited that we decided to carpet 2 bedrooms also! A shoutout to Randy and the installers also for their professionalism and helpfulness. We have received numerous compliments on our new carpets and vinyl flooring. It looks like a new house.
