“AAH, the color, the texture, the feel, and most of all the look. WOW I have never had carpet installed before, and so during the experience I was a little anxious. What color should we get? What brand should we buy? How messy would it be? How expensive? When we decided on Creative Carpet to help us pick carpet for our foyer grand staircase, almost immediately my anxiety was put to rest. Our sales rep, Brian, was awesome. He gave us all the time we needed to choose a color, and also (which is almost unheard of in most places) gave us giant samples right off the floor to take home (which really helped--better than tiny swatches.) After making our choice everything went smoothly. The installers were friendly, and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. And when all was said and done I was almost speechless at how beautifully the color of our new carpet changed the foyer. I can't stop looking at the staircase.
