“Our sales Representative Stephen Gonzalez is very seasoned professional and a gentleman! We are so happy with his recommendations for the kitchen floor and living room runner. Also, Stephen has guided our decision as to what kind of carpets to install in our two bedrooms. We are saving for this much needed refresher and hopefully shall have it completed by Spring. The technicians that worked on our new kitchen floor, Leo and Bill, arrived on time. They were pleasant and considerate due to the inclement weather we were experiencing. They both worked extremely well together, knew what needed to be accomplished and were especially clean workers! They took special care with the floor area between the kitchen and the back pantry. It’s amazing how they worked out our concern! We shall be requesting Leo and Bill to install the bedroom carpets. We highly recommend Stephen, Leo and Bill for their expertise! “It is a professional store with all kinds of flooring and installation. We went there since this particular store was recommended by wood floor specialist. Michael, installer and sale representative, came to us and very politely ask about what we are looking for, he immediately gave a recommendation based on our needs, showed the samples, explained the differences, and left us so we can discuss our preferences. After we made a choice he walked us through the whole process including prices. We came home and checked the measurement and completed our purchase over the phone and again Michael walked us through all calculations. Couldn't be happier, waiting for out floors to come.”
