“We couldn't have been more happier with Mark P. His honesty and ethics carried out our hardwood project very smoothly. I didn't get a chance to write the review for the 1st project with did with Mark at Carpets & More. But this time around I couldn't help myself not to write one. Our first project of installing hardwood on 1st floor with carpet and Tile removal was so great, that we went back to Mark 2.5 years later. This time we wanted the same hardwood on the 2nd floor. The hardwood we first installed was of course discontinued. However, Mark went above and beyond trying to find us the exact match. He came to our home few times with the plank samples to see the floor as we only had 2 feet of current plank left to use to match. He was very patient with us whenever I called him (and I called him over 20 times) and visited him at the store numerous times. He was a great help with our budget and took care of us as we were repeating customers.”
