He came out to measure exactly when promised. The installation was equally great. The two installers took their time and took pride in their work. “There are several factors that go into my review. First, the sales person, Wes, was fantastic and went through options with us over several visits. He came out and inspected the home and even asked why we wanted to make a change to a room he felt did not need one. A sales person that takes the customer into account over the sale makes me confident that I am working with the right person! (Not to mention, his memory of his customer's names is impressive; not a visit or call went by where Wes needed a reminder of either my name, or my wife's!) The quality of the work: the two guys who came out to the house, Balthazar and Jose, were the epitome of polite, easy to work with and most importantly in a job like this, very skilled. Their craftsmanship shows. I can't wait to have family over to see it. If I had any gripes at all, it would be with the scheduling department. I specifically took a weekend job requesting Fri/Sat for the install and waited longer to get it only to find out after the first day of work that they could not accommodate the Saturday visit. While this didn't sit well with me at the time, the technicians more than made up for it in accommodating our schedule for the following Monday and trying to limit the impact on us as we worked through their visit. So I can't even take a star off the rating due to this minor inconvenience. But I would urge the scheduling department to offer a change to their customers before the work commences in case of conflicts like this. Still, overall the company deserved the 5 star rating. I would definitely work with them again.”

“Chris at the show room helped us with choosing the right carpet for our needs and price. There were no issues with the install and Chris checked on everything and the installers where very good and polite as well.”

“My neighbor referred me to Mark at Carpets and More of East Brunswick. I needed carpet installed ASAP, and Mark was a pleasure to work with. I chose something in stock, and he was able to arrange for installation 4 days later!! The installers were on time, installed the carpet quickly, and also did an excellent job cleaning everything up once they were done with the install. The whole experience was painless from start to finish, and I am extremely pleased with the carpet! I highly recommend Carpets and More in East Brunswick, and ask for Mark!!”

“I recently purchased two bedroom carpets from Mark P. at East Brunswick. It was the best shopping experience I have had in a very long time. Mark was helpful, patien t, and took the time to explain the pros and cons of various carpet types. He came to measure the areas and came with the installers to ensure the job was done properly. He readily accomodated a delivery date change when inclemate weather occurred in January. He was a pleasure to deal with and a great asset to your company!
