“Carpets&More is really exceptional!!! I went to several other stores before deciding to work with them. I worked with Mark to purchase (LVT) flooring and his knowledge of the product and installation technique was far beyond any other store. He was incredibly conscientious and made multiple trips to my house to make sure everything was perfect. Sia and his crew installed the flooring (800 sq ft.) and was masterful, taking his time to make sure every cut was perfect. I had a leveling issue with my floor and Mark came out and worked with the crew to make sure every area was fixed. The crew showed up on time, was very respectful and worked long hours and left my house clean and ready for the next day. The finished product is stunning and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this store and now I'll be going back to get carpet for my basement after such a great experience. Bravo to the whole flooring team!!!”

“Michael was our salesman and he dedicated his time to help us choose the right carpets for our home. He was straightforward, explained everything in detail and was even able to give us a better price than the other companies that gave us estimates. He was really pleasant to work with. The installation was quick although cleanup could have been a bit better. One option I was hoping would be included was to fix the creaking floors before they installed the carpeting. Overall we are very satisfied with Carpets & More service.”
