“It’s named Carpets & More but it should be Carpets & Much More with a special emphasis on wood floor installation combined with outstanding customer service. We looked for a company that could install flooring on our entire upstairs (five bedrooms, hallway, and closets), and re-do our stairway leading from the first to second floor with the same type of wood. It was an enormous project that involved a cohesive effort with installers, stair artisans, and painters. Mark arranged that and was on top of everything from beginning to end. We are quite proud to show off the work. A special mention to Albert of AA Alliance who handled the stair portion of the project.”

“What a great job installing my vinyl flooring! It came out so amazing, changed the room completely. The selection of flooring offered was great it was hard to decide. We were given samples to take home to try in the room which made it easier to decide and the price was fair. The workers were neat and cleaned up when they were done and moved everything back. We did have a small problem with a defect in a tile which the Jim, our sales person and John the manager worked quickly to resolve and the tiles were replaced. I highly recommend Carpets & More for your floor needs. You will be happy you chose them.”

“I am sooo glad I chose Carpets and More. I was looking for a very specific tile which I did not expect to find in a carpet store. My existing tile in my family room and kitchen had to be ripped up. I was expecting to live in a complete dusty mess for awhile. Marc, the manager, sent in a big team of workers who actually got it done in two days. When the new floor was done there was a lot of other things like floor moldings, kitchen cabinet moldings, new island pedestal and unfinished wood steps. Marc sent in a carpenter who did an excellent job with no extra charge. Marc went way above my expectations. I think you will be very happy if you choose Marc and carpets and more.”
