“My wife and I purchased a top of the line rug (lifetime stain warranty) for 2 bedrooms and a flight of stairs about 4 years ago. This past summer, something (not sure what happened) stained the rug about the size of a half dollar. Had it professionally cleaned to no avail. Brought my concern to the sales rep, Steve Gonzalez, who walked us through the process of placing a claim with the manufacturer, Shaw. Steve worked as our advocate and was able to get our rug replaced under the warranty. Steve is knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Carpets and More if you’re looking for quality flooring.”

“I purchased wood flooring a few years back. Recently I found scratches that were on my floor due to new couch that were missing legs. I stopped by and showed pictures to Mark, without hesitation he came out to house same day. Mark assessed problem, and had flooring in stock to replace . Mark went over and above to help us out and floor is now repaired. I would recommend this store to anyone. See Mark, manager, a great example of customer service.”

They were in regular contact with us in regards to product availability updates, orders, and delivery.
