We're very grateful to Debra Jaime, Flooring America Design Consultant, for all her work and dedication toward our project. Her efforts, from start to finish, were impressive as she provided outstanding service to address our specific needs for our basement. She was so nice and a charm to work with throughout the process. In making the selection for the right carpeting, she answered all our questions and concerns, insuring we were presented every possibility in carpet texture and color. We were so please when she personally made an on-site visit to our home prior to our final carpet selection. Also, kudos to the installers that came to our house. Deny and his associate made a super team and did a fantastic job for us. They worked very hard to insure the carpet was perfectly installed. They cleaned up everything nicely before leaving, all in record time. We are so happy we found Flooring America Fairfax and would not hesitate using them again for any flooring needs. They are obviously the leader in flooring sales and services for the DC Metro area. .”
