“We used Flooring America Fairfax to install Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring over old linoleum in our large basement rec room, and we are highly pleased with the result. FA Fairfax has a wide selection of LVP choices from the major brands. Our salesperson, Yamah, patiently and pleasantly answered our many questions and went the extra step, e.g., when we asked whether the leveling cement has VOC's, he didn't just answer, he sent us a picture of the cement spec sheet (showing no VOC's). The installers were neat and efficient. All in all, we had an excellent experience with Flooring America Fairfax.”

“Great customer service from the flooring side of the business from the 1st day I walked in, through install. Nick, Yama and Roger were very easy to work, friendly, helpful and extremely responsive. All of their leveling and floor install staff were courteous and worked quickly, doing a flawless job. I cannot say enough great things about the flooring install manager, Mark. He was prompt, informative and easy to work with. When i had an issue late in the evening (I smelled a hint of gas from the reconnected stove, but it was not from the section the plumber from the flooring side connected), Mark came in the evening, right away, and discovered where the small leak originated, and turned off the gas, until plumbers return. The operations manager, Robbie, is top notch cupstomer service. When I had an issue on the design side of the house (FADesign), he came right away to assess and made everything right. Flooring America and FADesign seem to work as two separate entities, so I will review FADesign separately once the job is completed.”

“We used Flooring America to replace builder-grade carpet in four bedrooms in our house and we could not be more pleased with the service and quality of the carpet we received. First, the process of choosing carpet was easy and Yamah was extremely patient with us as we were unsure of whether we wanted to replace the carpet with new carpet or hardwood flooring. Yamah showed us several options that were all very attractive and within our budget. Second, the installation process was very smooth and much easier than I anticipated. We have an infant who naps during the day, and I was concerned as to how things would go with regard to working around his nap. The installers were super accommodating and I'm happy to say my infant's nap was not disturbed one bit. The carpeting was also all installed within a day (as promised). The carpet we have now is so much nicer than what we had before. It is easy to vacuum and keep clean and also has great padding underneath, so that if my young kids fall, they have some good cushioning. If I would have known how easy the process of replacing the flooring would have been, I would have done this much sooner!”
