“Debra here was so helpful! She guided us to pick tile for our master bathroom shower and tub reno. We were clueless and she really gave us the confidence to get things going. The quality Daltile we picked is a good product. The only disappointment is the massive delays in shipping of the tile so I would recommend giving yourself 3 weeks of shipping time for your tile to come in before you start your project. “Roggie Arnold with Flooring America was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was always so helpful and responsive and made sure everything was perfect with our order. When some of our stair nosing arrived late due to shipping delays, he drove it to our home on two separate occasions (once on his day off!) to make sure our contractor was able to stay on time. I cannot recommend Roggie enough, wish I could leave more than 5 stars!”

“We really enjoyed working with Flooring America. We got two floors of our home completely replaced with LVP and redid the carpets on the stairs. The job they did was beautiful and we love our floors. Nick and Yamah both helped us pick out our LVP and carpet colors. They were very knowledgeable and looked at paint swatches and photos and made us feel they really cared. Nick was our point person through the entire process. He was fast to answer questions, resolve hiccups, and kept the train running smoothly. We appreciate every he did!
