“Just purchased luxury vinyl flooring for our condo in Fairfax, VA. Our salesperson Yamah Ghiassi did an excellent job explaining the myriad of choices. Once decided, he gave us firm dates for final measurements and installation. He also made clear any extra charges due to installation issues. Upon going forward the installation was done in an expert manner and was actually finished a day early. “FA Design came and remodeled my kitchen....they did a great job! They are very professional.....for instance we had to address an asbestos mitigation issue. They knew exactly what to do. FA Design worked well with my condo management and employees also. I enjoyed doing the planning with Nate Ayala and coordinating with all of the guys doing or involved with the hands on work including Rocky, Samuel, Tom, Barry and others. Nick Hernandez is a patient representative who taught me about flooring, answered my phone calls and found well made beautiful flooring that met my price. The installation process was done by professional installers who had years of experience. They helped tremendously with moving furniture before and after the install. Were careful and cleaned up afterwards. They also have a design center for kitchen remodels selling counter materials etc. And beautiful carpeting that can be sized down to smaller rugs. I had a wonderful experience.”

“We called to have someone come out to our home and give us an estimate for carpet and vinyl. The gentleman who came out was very professional and we were given a quote a few days later from Yamah. Yamah helped us through the process of picking out colors and explained the different brands of carpet and vinyl and quoted us on everything we were interested in. He allowed us to take samples home to place up against our newly painted walls to make sure the color we picked would look good in different lighting of our home. We were on a tight time crunch as we just moved to the area and our movers were delivering our belongings. Yamah went above and beyond to work with the manufactures and installation team to make sure both floorings were installed before the movers came. He kept us updated through the whole process and even submitted a rebate for us. We did have to have the installation team come back to secure a few small areas in the closet for the carpet down better and a transition piece came up but they were back very quickly to fix what we asked. Yamah followed up to make sure the job was completed and we were satisfied. We truly appreciated his advice, customer service, and friendliness from start to finish!”
