“We worked with Lowes, Home Depot, Claws, Empire and Fairfax Flooring America. We did our homework. Contact me if you want to know about any as we did our home work both Box, TV Commercial, and mom and pop based. The best thing about this store is that it is mom and pop and locally owned but they are back by a national organization for things like supply times, material colors and options, etc. In addition, their installers were really the best contractors I have dealt with in a long time: Polite, Respectful to people and furniture, quality, and clean up. I would not ever go anywhere else for flooring. I have owned three house in MD/VA and have two river cabins in WV. So, I have dealt with may contractors over the last 30 years.”

He is an amazing consultant who delivers exceptional customer service (a concept that is sorely missing in today's current market). From initial contact, every action was professional and customer-oriented. He showed us a variety of options for improving a rental property. Based on his expertise, we actually got a combination install with laminate flooring in the rooms and carpet for the hallways and stairs. The cost was extremely competitive against the other bids. Mr. Yamah managed the entire process from ordering, installation, and close-out. “FA went beyond the call at every point: 1) Tile sample - Dal Tile couldn’t get locally, FA stepped in with their contacts and had it shipped from Dallas in 2 days. 2) Install - arrived at appointed day/time, masks on, and completed the work in 1/2 day less. Everything was moved or protected, and installers went over all previously made decisions just in case there had been a change. 3) Finishing pieces - we didn’t have the floor stain for the transition strip, but FA went to a nearby store and matched the color, so we didn’t have to wait a week for the job to be completed. 4) follow up - we noticed a few blemishes on the wood base re-installed, and FA manager came out and sanded/painted himself, made sure we were happy.”

“We needed to replace the flooring in our kitchen and study with LVT/LVP and contacted Flooring America. They had competitive prices and came out quickly to provide an estimate. I worked with Nick Rodriguez throughout, who was great and very communicative. My only knock is that the communications between the sales and install teams could be better, as it was tough to pin down the install date. But overall, the work was great and we are very pleased with the new floors.”
