“Had a great experience with Carpet Mart! They (I worked with Gary) were prompt and attentive to detail, willing to communicate over email and responsive to questions. The install process was quick and the guys (Edwin and Saul) were polite and hard working. They showed up on time, worked hard, and finished each day asking me to review the day's work and make sure furniture had returned to where it belonged. I would definitely use them again!”

“We had been wanting to get our existing carpet replaced with new carpet for some time. I decided to reach out via email to a couple of carpet companies to get a quote via a home consultation. Mark with Carpet Mart was the only person who offered to come to my house with samples, take measurements and provide a quote. Based on that, I wound up visiting Carpet Mart to meet Mark and look at all of the carpet samples. I learned a lot about the different types of carpets, we scheduled a time for measurements to be taken, and Mark sent me home with a bunch of carpet samples to choose from. While talking to Mark, my husband and I learned that Carpet Mart offers to move the big furniture for you so that was a big motivator to actually move forward with having our carpet replaced. Shortly after measurements were taken, quotes were emailed to us. We placed the order for new carpet and Mark explained the timing of everything. He was back in touch after the carpet arrived at their facility and we were able to schedule our carpet install that following week. Edwin and Saul, the installers, arrived on time and did a beautiful and careful job installing our carpet. Great customer service and great communication all around. We are really enjoying our beautiful new carpet! Thank you!”

He worked with me on my install date due to being a 1st responder and even honored the big box 1st responder discount offered by them. Edwin and Saul, the installers were early and professional. “Friendly “mom&pop” style store with a great owner who treated us just like family. In fact, after meeting Gary (the first place we stopped for an estimate), we didn’t even bother to look elsewhere and get the “three estimates” we had planned on. He exudes fairness and dependability, so we decided to go with only ONE estimate. Therefore, I honestly couldn’t answer a price question - but I am extremely comfortable with our choice because we just FELT we were being charged fairly (like things used to be), and the entire experience was wonderful! When the carpet was installed, it was done by two of the hardest-working, most professional installers I have ever seen. The entire upstairs and stairway (685sqft) was demoed (including wood flooring in the MBR, and moving furniture from one side of the upstairs to the other and back!), and carpet installed in one day. We couldn’t be happier with the results! We will definitely be going back to see Gary when we are ready to do the main level!”
