His installer Gerardo was incredible; super nice guy, does extraordinarily clean work, minimized seams, and was very helpful with the transitions back to the LVT hallway. If you want to go local and avoid the big box stores, this is the team to choose. My wife and I will certainly be going back to them when the need for carpet arises again.”

“I had an excellent experience with Carpet Mart and More. I couldn’t make up my mind on the carpet I wanted and probably went to their showroom no less than 6 or 7 times asking questions and taking samples home for a family vote.Both Gary and Mark were so nice. There was no hard sale, no pressure. They would patiently tell me the carpet differences , the pad differences, what was currently in style etc. Everything I would need to know to make a very informed decision. They never acted like I was a pain with my many questions and visits. Once I decided, the installation went great. Manuel and Miguel were unbelievable. They moved all the heavy furniture, and we had a lot! They worked so hard and did a perfect job. They vacuumed afterward and put the furniture back exactly centered where it came from. I couldn’t have had a better experience and I felt the price was reasonable as well. I love my new carpet!”

After calling around to several companies we decided to go with Carpet Mart and More because they are a family run business and I liked the owner Gary. I can not say enough about them, not only was the installer Don super professional but his work is amazing too. “Due to severe smoke damage from the East Troublesome Fire in Grand Lake, CO, this past October, we had to replace the carpets in three bedrooms and two stairways. My husband and I researched Carpet Companies and after reading good reviews on the Carpet Mart and More, we paid a visit there in early January. Mark Kauffman was our salesperson, and he did a wonderful job of explaining the different types of carpets, listened to what we wanted, and directed us to the type of carpets, quality, softness to the touch, and durability that we needed for our home in Grand Lake. We also visited two different carpet stores, but found the pricing and selections at Carpet Mart and More, fully satisfied our requirements. The personal attention from Mark was very professional and accommodating. His willingness to satisfied our needs in Grand Lake, and the installation professional that was sent to the job, was outstanding.”
