“Our initial intent was to visit 3 to 5 carpet stores based on Google reviews. Our first store was Carpet Mart and More, it also was our last. We worked with Mark. We told him about our needs and he was very helpful in explaining their products. We wanted laminate for a new store room and weren’t particular. He said from time to time they’ll receive close outs and could give us a good price. He called within a couple weeks and had exactly what we were looking for and at a very good price. We were much more particular about the carpet we wanted for our lower level. Again, Mark went to work explaining the differences in the various levels. It was easy to decide on a level, but color was something else. Mark warned us that color in the store would look different in our home. So we took a couple samples with us and asked Mark to order a couple other samples. He not only ordered the samples we asked for, but also several other ones. We ended up ordering one of the “other samples”. We ordered sooner than we needed at Mark’s recommendation to avoid price increases (ordered in August and installed in December). Installation scheduling and the actual installation went very smoothly. If we ever need additional flooring, we will definitely only shop here! Thanks Mark!!”

“After doing some research, we found a recommendation for Carpet Mart on Nextdoor.com and couldn't be happier with the end results. Gary and Mark were super accommodating to help us choose the right carpet and gave us a great quote. We had two stair cases done to replace older carpet after remodeling our home in the spring. It is absolutely stunning and feels luxurious underneath your feet. We also had them do our entire upper floor of our home just recently. Edwin was the installer and did a fantastic job! “My experience at Carpet Mart was excellent from start to finish. Gary and Mark are friendly, helpful and pleasant to work with. I had been numerous places looking for nylon carpeting and Carpet Mart had the best selection that I found anywhere. When I was stuck on what color of carpet to coordinate with our new hardwood floors and ceramic floor tile, Gary suggested one. I brought home a few samples, studied them for a few days and decided to order the one that Gary suggested, crossing my fingers that it would work. It turned out to be perfect with the existing floorings and more beautiful than I imagined and hoped for. Over the years, I have worked with many contractors, but have been disappointed by the work of many. I appreciate and expect good workmanship but it's often challenging to achieve. However, the work of Gerado, who installed the carpet, was simply PERFECTION. He is a real craftsman. My experience with Carpet Mart is a 5 Star.”

“Gary has been wonderful to work with, always communicated and kept in touch. We bought a new house and we wanted the basement carpet to match the rest of the house, which was installed by Carpet Mart. Gary called the realtor, scheduled a time to measure before we closed and had everything ready to go the day after closing. Gerardo did the installation and he was wonderful.
