“Great experience from start to finish! Met Gary at the store as I was shopping around getting ideas and putting a budget together. Had an idea what I was looking for and Gary took the time to answer my initial questions and show me several different options. I returned later with my wife as we had narrowed down and decided on specifics that we needed to meet our budget, design and timeframe. Gary gave us samples to take home to see how they’d look in our home and scheduled a time to come out and take measurements so we could get an estimate. We decided on the carpet we liked and headed back to the store to return the samples and let Gary know what carpet we wanted to go with. We set up a time the next evening for Gary to come take measurements and get a layout, he emailed the estimate by mid morning the following day listing every detail with notes on what we had discussed as well as options for install that fit into our schedule as we’re remodeling and doing much of the work ourselves. We set a date for install, Gary placed the order and we got to work on finishing up the painting/staining parts of our project we wanted done before the new carpet. Gary was super flexible with our schedule accommodating our timeline and comminicating the order/shipping/receiving logistics at every step. Install day came and the crew arrived on time and ready to work. We choose a patterned carpet and the installers were meticulous in the layout, cutting and alignment of the carpet and seems. You cannot tell that there’s a single seem anywhere, everything lines up perfectly. When the crew was done with the install they vacuumed and cleaned up everything. They loaded up the old carpet for disposal just as promised. In addition to the service Gary provided, I’d be remiss to leave out the help of Terry as well. If I called and Gary was busy on a call or out measuring/estimating, Terry was always right there to answer any question without a bit of hesitation. Home Depot and Lowe’s May offer “free install” but the cost is hidden in the price of the carpet and padding. Carpet Mart and More was $2k under both the big box stores for a better carpet, padding and installers that they have worked with for a long time. Plus I didn’t have to search around for someone to help me in the carpet/flooring department only to be told that the they aren’t sure because they’re just filling in and the person I should really be talking to is off that day and will be back next week. Gary and Terry and their team at Carpet Mart and More is ACES!”

“AMAZING JOB! I would highly recommend Carpet Mart and More to anyone. Terry was extremely helpful and took the time to go through all the samples and types of carpet we wanted. Gary came out and did the measurements and we got a quote right away. Their prices were very fair and they are willing to work with you. The crew that showed up to install the carpet was extremely professional and efficient. I was very happy and pleased with the speed and quality of the install. I LOVE MY NEW CARPET!! Also, they made payment so easy and I didn't even have to pay the rest of the money until I got to spend a few days on the carpet to make sure I was happy with everything. They truly made the process easy and fun. Thank you Terry and Gary! DEFINETLY stop by the store if you are in the market for new carpet or flooring!”

Design and decorating is not my forte, and both Terry and Gary spent a ton of time with me helping pick out the right color, pattern and materials for our lifestyle. Terry came over to my house multiple times to test out different carpets and colors in my house, ordered samples and spent countless hours making sure we had the right fit! They were both extremely knowledgeable, kind, consultative and patient as we worked through the decisions together, and the outcome is beautiful carpet that is durable enough for my toddler and dog!
