“I can not say enough great things about Carpet Mart and also Gary! The entire transaction from purchase to install was absolutely amazing. They have some of the best installers I have ever had - extremely polite, professional, and thorough. Gary was extremely available to help out when needed and answered all our questions and helped to guide us to a great product at a great price. Even after the carpet was installed we had our painters spill on the new carpet and when asked about have some of the scraps used to replace that portion Gary without hesitation said "I'll take care of it!" Forget all the chain carpet places or in home consultations - just go to Carpet Mart and More!!”

“Original Post: March 2018 This is the first time we bought carpet. Terry was amazing at explaining all our options and letting us take home as many samples as we wanted. She knew our budget and made appropriate recommendations to meet our needs. She also went above and beyond by staying open later one afternoon, an offer she made, not one we requested. Gary was very helpful, coming out to our home to take accurate measurements and make recommendations as well. We love that this store is family-owned & operated. Both owners have worked for large "chain" carpet stores and they truly understand how best to meet the needs of their customer. Installation took place quickly and the end product was fabulous! Update: December 2018 We had the pleasure of working with Gary for a second time at Carpet Mart & More. We had new carpet installed in a home last March 2018. We then moved into a new home in December 2018. We had a very short window to have around 4,000 sq ft of carpet and laminate flooring installed prior to us moving into the new home. Not only were Gary and his team very responsive to our request, but they were also competitive with pricing. We had shopped around and knew the amount of money we were willing to spend. Gary was exceptional with meeting our needs. We receive many compliments on the quality and plushness of the carpet that was chosen. We’ve also had designers and contractors comment on how well the laminate flooring was installed in our basement, not to mention how beautiful it is! We’ve now used Carpet Mart & More twice in the last year. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, or recommend their services to others.”

They helped us find what we wanted and got us scheduled for measurements and install right away. The guys who installed were amazing! “Terry at the office was informative and very responsive and got us set up with Gary to evaluate a need for carpet in our hallway, stairs and master bed. We had used another carpet company in the past and had a bad experience so I was more wary but Gary had a wealth of knowledge and put my husband and I at ease. There was an issue with the way prior laminate had been laid at the top of our stairs incorrectly in the home we bought creating a tripping hazard and they were able to offer a solution that removed the tripping hazard and looked fantastic. The actual installers were punctual - they actually showed up early which worked out well for us - and they were meticulous in the details making sure it looked perfect. Great service all around and we would definitely use them again.”

“Carpet More and More was exceptional in our flooring experience. Gary made measurements on the house we were looking to buy so that we could schedule new carpet installation for the day of closing. When the carpet we wanted was out of stock, Gary and Terry went to every vendor in the city to find a suitable replacement. Not only that, but they were meticulous in matching the laminate that was already in our home so that the installation could be seamless. We had a great experience, even in the midst of buying/closing on homes. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable flooring company.”
