“Consummate professionals and top-notch customer service. I originally came to get a quote on carpeting for two bedrooms. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about all things flooring-related and even allowed me to take some sample boards home to make my selection. The contractors who came to complete the job were prompt and did a beautiful job (I still can’t stop gushing over how great it looks). If that wasn’t enough, Mark himself took time out of his day to come pull up carpet in my living room and stairs for another flooring project I’m starting—the customer service is ABOVE and BEYOND! I’m so grateful to have chosen Carpet Mart and More! If you go through them for your flooring needs, you will not be disappointed!”

We did have one small issue with the laying of carpet in a closet. Gary responded quickly and had it replaced as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this business!”

“Our first stop was Carpet Mart and we worked with Gary. We also checked out a few other stores. Prices were competitive, but Carpet Mart"s products were of a little better quality and Gary's outstanding customer service brought us back. Gary gave us lots of information and advice., and patiently helped us work through many indecisions. Josh, our vinyl flooring installer, and Edwin and Saul, our carpet installers all did excellent jobs. They were very efficient and hard working and really nice guys. They worked around OUR schedule and were able to complete our 2,500 square foot flooring project within a week of Christmas .
