He helped us pick out new flooring for our entire downstairs while we were also doing a kitchen remodel. His recommendation for flooring was perfect! And to top that off, his customer service is impeccable! Every time we called him and left a message, he called us back! The crew that came for the demo and installation were thorough and detail oriented. They were focused on making sure we were satisfied. They also cleaned up after themselves. As a bonus, they were considerate and very friendly. The product and service is exceptional. Highly recommend Jason and his crew!”

“I came to Carpet Den for help with a small project during a very busy time for the industry when labor, materials and supplies were a challenge to get. Working with Jason, I never felt like a “small” customer. He took plenty of time to help me choose the right product, was very thorough in his explanations and throughout the process I never felt rushed or hurried. He even dropped by during installation to insure that a tricky spot to be tiled was adequately prepped to insure the best possible outcome.
