“We absolutely LOVE our floors!! Pam is the BEST! She was always on top of things and SO friendly! Very professional! Our installers were fantastic! They cleaned up all of their mess, and we hardly had any dust in our home from the removal of carpet. I would recommend this place to anyone! Carpet Den, you are a great company!!!”

“ELENA DESOTO is the epitome of a top-notch salesperson and I highly recommend working with her. At every step in the process, my wife and I were impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, expertise, customer service and follow-up. We reviewed 5 different carpet companies -- actually 5 different sales people-- and Elena was BY FAR the standout in every way imaginable to go above and beyond our expectations. The carpet is great, the installers were also extremely friendly, everyone was on-time or early at every step of the way. Obviously I can't say enough at how pleased my family is with our purchase from Carpet Den-- and especially the service we received from ELENA DESOTO!!! (and the funny thing is, i never even met Elena in person, just through email and phone, she met my wife at the house, came back with more samples several times. I grilled her with questions on the phone and she sent the most complete and thorough emails in response and all I had to do was say "yes" with complete confidence). Thank you Elena, you ROCK!!!”
