Brian was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable of all the products available. He worked diligently to navigate the process for a claim as our previous LVP had numerous installation errors/issues (completed by a different company). We were very grateful for his tireless efforts on our behalf which were quite successful. The entire process was handled professionally and such a relaxed attitude; it was easy to trust Brian and his crew. Both LVP and carpet installations were perfect. Highly recommend~ Installation day presented challenges with our uneven slab but the crew (led by Neto) kept us informed and worked hard to fully correct the problem so the new LVP could be properly installed. The carpet was installed a week later and ultimately, we are thrilled with the end results. A big job like this was obviously quite the mess for us but knowing we could always call Brian or ask questions of Neto made all the difference.
