“Great selection, brilliant staff, send you home with samples to compare. No pressure!”

“I don't like giving bad reviews because anyone can have a bad day. In this situation, that is not the case. A few years ago I purchased carpet for my upstairs living space from Carpet Den. The carpet was great, the installation was less than positive. I liked the sales person so I dealt with it. Recently, I had water damage and had to replace part of the carpet. I was told it would be no problem to replace and match. Same sales person. They replaced the carpet and it does not feel the same. I told the store manager. She sent, what I was first told was an independent person, only to find out it was the manufacturer rep for the carpet! We still did not feel it was the same., even though he said it was. We had others look and some real estate agents who said they replaced it with cheap "look alike" builder quality carpet. I called the general manager as the first manager told me to do. He asked to have a sample of the old and new carpet...it was given. He said the manufacturer would have to be honest in comparing the two. I have called the store, the manger, the store installer and NO ONE will return my calls. They were also told that my husband just suddenly passed away and I don't need this drama on top of everything else. They don't care. The salesman quit the company citing ethical disagreements...I now get it. They also placed flooring in a neighbors home who had installation problems with them and will never recommend them either. This behavior from a "family" business who cares about their reputation, as I was told...this is intolerable. The least they can do is call me back. Maybe they will now. PS...if this is posted, it is only because I changed the stars to a positive it would not go through with what I really checked”

“Carpet Den replaced my flooring after a dishwasher leak and also installed a new backsplash in my kitchen. I truly enjoyed working with Brittni - she was knowledgeable, personable, and patient. The finished product is impeccable, and we highly recommend their work.”

“A great selection of all floor coverings types and manufactures..not just carpet. A quiet showroom, but the sales staff can be a bit pushy I cannot comment on price yet, but 8f you are in Franklin and lookingfor floor coverings you need to at least give this one a chance”

“The carpet we purchased is great! It looks and feels amazing in our new home! The communication on the price wasn’t the best, we were led to believe that since it was a new construction and there wasn’t old carpet to remove it would be cheaper than the showroom price. We were never given a final price until the contractor paid for it. The installation is why I’m not rating higher. The installers did not vacuum the upstairs subfloor before installing. It’s a new construction home so now there is lots of dust trapped under our new pad and carpet. After we noticed that they weren’t vacuuming my husband asked them to vacuum the lower rooms. They pulled out a broom and swept them. After spending over $11000 I just expected installation to be done with better care.”
