“We needed to replace our dining room carpet with a hardwood floor so that our chairs would slide more easily. The material we picked out was not in stock, so we had to wait a couple of months until the factory turned out some more, but it was worth it. Not only was the material a perfect unifier between the living room carpet and the kitchen tile, but the installation was done quickly and without a flaw. Couldn't be more pleased!”

“Vogel's has a great selection of carpets but it is the installation that shines here. We have a very tricky staircase and they did an absolutely amazing job of cutting, binding and installing the new carpet runner. We love it!”

“The good: The person we met with was polite, listened well, and didn't hover as we pursued the sales floor. He made us feel welcome to interact with samples and to pull product out. The bad: We were encouraged to get a premium version of the carpet without and accurate understand of the use case. It was difficult to understand the difference in quality with brands. It felt extremely subjective. Staff was overly casual in show room, and showed little professionalism in behaviour or in appearance. - All sales staff wore sweats like it was a uniform - One staff member was standing on the sales floor while eating lunch. I thought he was a customer until later he helped a customer - That same staff complained about a caller loudly while we were there. "Better off going to Home Depot" The first person we met with who seemed to know how to make truly effective recommendations was the guy who came out to do the measures. He was more professionally dressed than the sales staff on the showroom and was able to tell is right out we would be crazy to move forward with our color selection and give great perspective. He really seemed to understand our project and goals. Dispite that important advice, we felt more comfortable working with another firm.”

“I have dealt with Craig for years, so I know I'm going to get the best service ever. This most recent purchase and install of marmoleum in the kitchen and bathroom of an apartment unit was exactly the same. It was 1000 moving pieces to schedule this work and I have significant other renovation also going on in the same space. Craig got me a window that worked and his install team (Karl and Nick) dazzled my very particular task master of a contractor. Really I was so grateful to get his call praising their professionalism , work ethics and the quality of their work. This greater project has been fraught with supply chain issues and Covid staffing issues- it's beyond a bonus to work with a business like this. Makes the next 10-15 years of working with them something to really look forward to!”
