“We needed new flooring in a bathroom and I’m glad we chose Vogel’s Carpet & Flooring for the job -- every step of our experience was positive. The sales staff was friendly and helpful, a rep came out to measure our bathroom the following day and then provided us with the estimate within 24 hours, and got our job scheduled right away. The installer was prompt, courteous and did great job – the new floor looks great we couldn't ask for anything more!”

“Vogel's carpet and flooring did a wonderful job installing my carpet. Originally, when it was installed there was a mistake, and pet stain paint wasn't applied. when I reached out to address my concern, they responded quickly and fairly with how they handled the situation. They worked at my convenience and treated my furniture and house with care with the original installation and the correction. I would 100% use them again and actually plan to because I need new carpet upstairs too! The carpet is good quality and they gave me the option of ordering carpet for upstairs and downstairs at the same time or separately. I chose separately because we are a busy family and need to find time to organize before we can have the upstairs done. I am looking forward to working with them again.”

“I'm a first time customer of Vogel's. I had visited the nearby Lowe's and Home Depot, but Vogel's selection of vinyl floor planks was much, much greater. Vogel's knowledge of vinyl floor planks was also far superior. Vogel's came to my house to measure and estimate the cost to install vinyl floor plank. Their bid was slightly higher than three other bids, but Vogel's was more detailed. Instead of a "ball park" figure that the other flooring contractors game me, Vogel's submitted a line-by-line estimate on what they would do and what it would cost. The fact that Vogel's has been in business for a long, long time gave me assurance that if anything went wrong, Vogel's would be there to resolve any problems. Luckily, there were NO problems. I truly appreciate the fact that Vogel's would always communicate with me to keep me informed on the progress. Vogel's prompt communication, i.e., customer service, made this experience less stressful (any remodeling / repairs to your home, is stressful). I'd use Vogel's again.”
