Although the 2 week window offered limited options due to order time, the options they did have available exceeded expectations!”

“We were very happy with the service and installation of our marmoleum flooring from Vogel's. Hector was the main installer and Marcus worked with him. It was a difficult install because it was located in a lower level, older home bathroom. The floors needed to be leveled, the floor drain then became a problem. Hector was a miracle worker! He was very creative, using common sense and his incredible skill to make this work. He and Marcus both knew what they were doing. They were courteous, meticulous, thoughtful and patient. Staying with it until the job was done right. I would recommend them over and over again.”

“I have pretty mixed feelings about Vogel's. The folks in the showroom were phenomenally helpful and really guided us through finding what materials would work for our needs. The options they guided us towards are working out great. That said, the installation was a bit lack luster. They left materials behind for us to get rid of, they completely forgot to do the trim, and they did a faster/lower quality floor prep job than we were being billed for. When I raised these, Vogel's didn't offer to help (e.g. fix the trim) but just removed (some of) them from our invoice. Holly was remarkably frustrating to communicate with, often sending wrong info, forgetting attachments, not understanding basic questions, etc — made worse by the fact that she was phenomenally snarky when doing so. All in all, I trust their showroom folks on their guidance and knowledge of materials but beyond that we were a bit disappointed.”
