“Great selection of carpet. Floor personnel steered us to what we were looking for and had good product knowledge. Scott came to measure and was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Follow up via email communication met expectations and contract and payment system was very clear and easy to navigate. Installers were professional and efficient. They showed up in the time window agreed to and finished the install the same day. Running a small business with the challenges of a pandemic Is very difficult, as I run a small business too. They are doing a good job given the current environment. I would use vogels in the future.”

“Scott came to my home to restretch the carpet in my home office. I had a toilet leak which went under the wall and soaked the carpet in my home office. The carpet had to be dried out first by a water mitigation company. They peeled back the carpet to place a heater to dry out the carpet and pad. Scot did a super job even though my neighborhood experienced a power outage. Scot so restretched the carpet in my living room in Nov 2020. He is an all around nice guy. I highly recommend this company.”

“We started our project with another highly-rated company but quickly terminated the relationship because the customer service (responsiveness and knowledge) was so bad. We contacted Vogel’s and got the dream team of the flooring world: Craig, Hector, Jennifer and Holly. Customer service was exceptional. They were knowledgeable, patient and creative. Our hardwoods turned out great and the process was pleasant and easy. Hector is a true craftsman and was so hard-working and clean.”
