“I had a wonderful experience here today. I only needed a small piece of fabric to fix my cat post and they were able to send me home with a scrap from a discontinued carpet. John was incredibly nice and helpful. You can tell when you walk in that it is a welcoming environment. I believe it’s very important to support local businesses and I will definitely come back for my future flooring needs. “We recently purchased a new house and needed new carpet. We're also selling our old condo, which needed new carpet. We shopped around all the sites and landed on 3 flooring specialists. Each one drove all the way out to North Bend, but we really felt comfortable with John @ Vogel's. John took the extra time to inspect the current layout of our house and tell us how they're going to install the carpet, and even agreed to help protect our kitchen area from dust by taping up plastic. On the day of the install Adrian & Ebber (sp?) were clean, quick and professional. They installed 4 rooms of carpet in less than one day, letting me inspect anything at anytime along the way, and a week later still can't find a single flaw. Not only that, but the custom carpet/color we purchased is absolutely gorgeous and matches our expectations. The same install team took care of our Condo, and the results made our real estate agent super happy. And finally, we're super happy with the price paid for the quality received. We look forward to our next project with Vogel's!”

They know how to get it done, and that's not just with glue and nails. The communicate well, and are honest about cost, schedule, and issues”
