Shawn was very quick to get our floors measured and arrange installation (we had already purchased the product elsewhere). He was thorough in his measurements, in explaining the process, and in answering my questions. Mike, our installer, did an excellent job. He was very meticulous and conscientious with the installation, very professional, and I really appreciated how he left the job site so neat and orderly at the end of the day. Mike also made sure that he addressed any questions I had and clarified with me my preference on any areas in which there were optional ways to install rather than just doing the shortest or easiest way.
