“Deserves 10 stars. In my entire life and buying homes and updating new things, We’ve dealt with lots of different contractors and sales people but nothing like Ultra flooring they are truly a one stop shop. Shawn was the first I spoke to and in contact with most of the time. We got carpet, vinyl and cabinets for a condo we’re updating. I also meet his parents and some of his office staff in this process. Shawns dad Frank did the cabinets part of it and he was great too. Teresa mom works in the show room she helped with picking out the goodies. Good people. Shawn I dealt with him most of the time and he is awwwesome. Such an amazing experience he made it, all worked out smoothly. He called me the same day I reached out to him to come measure for a quote. We went to the store to pick out carpet, flooring and cabinets that same day and got a quote by the end of the business day. Wait!! What???? I didn’t have to call 30 times to ask for anything? Im impressed but lets see when we can get install cause we are in a time crunch. Needles to say Shawn also made that happen with ordering everything we needed and scheduling for the install and now he’s waiting on us. I can’t say enough about my experience and believe me with my family being in the construction we’ve seen it and heard it all. Ultra flooring is by far the best place I’ve come across and Shawn has been so patient, kind and so reliable. I’m really grateful and I appreciate all his hard work! Thank you Shawn and Ultra flooring for making this the best experience I’ve ever had.”

“Just got our new carpet installed yesterday. Looks great. Fantastic craftsmanship. During installation they were very neat and kept the mess to a minimum. They also took great care in moving furniture (no scratches, gouges in walls, etc). Pricing was reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend Ultra Floors.”

“If it was possible to give 10 stars, I would have! Shawn, and the team at Ultra Floors was amazing to work with, each and every time we’ve needed them. We have had carpet replaced in more than one area in the house and most recently we had flooring replaced after a basement Flood. They are so helpful! They have lots of great options to choose from and offered us their opinions, which we ended up going with. I appreciated Shawn’s honest advice and constant follow up on the installation timing.
